1) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return window: 30 days from delivery.
Condition: Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Include receipt or proof of purchase.
Start a return: Email HKRzsunglasses@gmail.com. We’ll confirm eligibility and send a prepaid label plus instructions. Items sent back without approval aren’t accepted. Damaged/incorrect items: Inspect on arrival and contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items: Perishables, custom/personalized items, personal care items, hazardous materials/flammables, gift cards, and sale items.
Exchanges: Return the original item; once approved, place a new order for the replacement.
EU cooling-off (14 days): For orders shipped into the EU, you may cancel/return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.
Refund timing: After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you don’t see it after 15 business days from approval, email us.

Standard (4–8 business days): Free on domestic orders over $50.
Express (3–6 business days): Available at checkout.
International (7–14 business days): Rates/times vary by destination.
Processing & tracking: Orders process promptly; you’ll receive a tracking number when shipped. Email/SMS updates available.
